stereo recording

2-microphone setup, placement dependent on the venue and instrumentation.   recommended for archival or demo purposes.

all recordings are 24-bit, 192 kHz with choice of file format.  system supports mirrored recording for immediate data redundancy.

multitrack recording

4-16 channel setup.  recommended for commercial releases or professional-quality demo recordings.

microphones are chosen from the entire studio collection.  the setup can range from several stereo pairs at varying distances (for orchestral or large ensembles) to full-on close mic’ing for small groups.  mic/line splitters provide easy front-of-house integration. live sound engineering also available upon request.

24/192kHz, mirrored recording, non-invasive to performers.
